Carla Easton, manager of the Virginia Beach KOA, has all of those qualities and more. "I decided to join KOA because of the focus on guest satisfaction and the family atmosphere. Managing the Virginia Beach KOA allows me to spend time with my son and doing what I love-making people happy." Before coming to KOA, Carla managed other properties and has a very diverse background. She understands the importance of having positive interaction with people, and her skills and abilities were well matched to the KOA philosophy. "I believe that every camping experience should make a positive memory," Carla said. "My focus is to help create happy memories for our guests that they can reflect upon for years to come." While providing great guest service remains their primary focus, Carla takes pride in every aspect of the campground, from the new jumping pillow to the remodeled bathhouses. "I am pleased with the enhancements that have been made," said Carla. "And we plan on adding even more."
